To Alaska We Go!!

Seattle- Embarkation

Woke up at the Cliff Lodge, gathered our stuff, and scrambled to the airport. I slept the entire plane ride while Jake watched Sunday afternoon football. We arrived to beautiful Seattle and the weather was perfect.

 Jake was stoked to watch Sunday night football on the big screen as we sailed towards Alaska. We hurry and made last minute adjustments for our fantasy football teams before we had to shut off our phones for good. Thank goodness they had blankets after that sun went down it was freezing!

 Sea Day- Day one

Woke up to a beautiful sea filled day. We had breakfast delivered to our room. Jake and I are obsessed with crescents and coffee. At that point all healthy foods were out the window and we hopped on the junk food train. I mean it was vacation am I right?

 

It had been so warm in Salt Lake even though the leaves looked like fall it wasn't cool enough to dress like it. I was so excited to get the boots and scarfs out.

 Formal Night! 

Earlier that day Jake had crossed out the Miss Despain and put Mrs. Rogers on our cabin name tag. The staff noticed and put up these cute congratulations balloons for us.
